It is with great sadness WWHC announces the passing of Phil Welsh MBE. Phil was a founder member and the first Chairperson of WWHC. Phil was much loved and highly respected in the voluntary housing movement and in the Cambuslang area.
Once we have confirmation of the funeral arrangements, we shall announce them on the site.
