Rent Charges 2016/2017

The Co-operative’s tenant controlled Management Committee, following full consultation with all WWHC tenant/members, has set the rent charges for all our properties for the next financial year. The Co-operative’s philosophy behind rent setting is to ensure the provision of the highest possible service levels at an affordable rent. We understand the difficult financial situation many of our tenant/members face and so Committee is very pleased to be able to freeze all rents for 2016/17 i.e. apply a 0% rent increase. You can download a copy of our rent calendar which shows the dates your rent is due.

Rent charges, effective from 14th March 2016 are as follows:
