Rent Charges

The Co-operative’s tenant controlled Management Committee, following full consultation with all WWHC tenant/members, has set the rent charges for all our properties for the next financial year. The Co-operative’s philosophy behind rent setting is to ensure the provision of the highest possible service levels at an affordable rent.

Your rent is due on the 28th of every month and you can choose to pay weekly, 4 weekly or monthly.

If you are experiencing difficulty making your rent payments or you wish to discuss your account further, please contact your Housing Officer immediately.

They will be able to arrange an appointment with a Welfare Rights Advisor who will ensure you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to. They can also provide you with help to manage your debts.
