Rent Charges

The Co-operative’s tenant controlled Management Committee, following full consultation with all WWHC tenant/members, has set the rent charges for all our properties for the next financial year. The Co-operative’s philosophy behind rent setting is to ensure the provision of the highest possible service levels at an affordable rent. The Committee decided that a 2% rent increase was a prudent and required course of action to meet the financial requirement of WWHC for 2017/18. This decision was taken in the light of CPI inflation running currently at 1.6% and RPI inflation currently running at 2.5% in the UK.

You can download a copy of our 2017- 2018 debit calender which shows the dates your rent is due.
