The Co-operative is delighted to advise that we have secured funding to allow a full Low Rise Window Replacement Contract to be carried out this financial year.
CMS Window Systems have been appointed to carry out the works.
Co-operative staff will begin a survey of the low rise properties in November, 2016. This will help to confirm window measurements, and to talk to tenants about any help they might need while the work is being carried out. They will also inspect the kitchens and bathrooms which will help us plan future budgets.
An open day will be held in Whitlawburn Community Resource Centre to give tenants the opportunity to view samples of the window units that will be installed. We will contact tenants about this once a date has been agreed.
