Our Engagement Plan has been published!
Each year, the SHR publish an Engagement Plan for every social housing landlord in Scotland. This document sets out the information that we are required to submit, what we need to do to comply with regulations and how and why the SHR will engage with us to improve our services, if necessary.
We are pleased to report that we have achieved full compliance with the regulatory requirements, including the Standards of Governance and Financial Management.
