West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 5th September 2016 at 7.00 pm in Whitlawburn Community Resource Centre.
All tenant members of The Co-operative have received an invitation to the meeting as well as nomination papers. Your attendance is important to make sure that The Co-operative is operating democratically. Each member shall have full voting rights at the meeting. If any member wishes to appoint a proxy please contact the Office in writing nominating your proxy by Monday, 29th August 2016.
If you think that you can contribute to the work of The Co-operative or if you want to nominate someone else, please complete the nomination form and return it to The Co-operative’s Registered Office at Belmont House, 57 Belmont Road by Monday, 29th August 2016. Any nomination received after this date will be invalid.
