Rent Charges 2015/2016

The Co-operative’s tenant controlled Management Committee, following full consultation with all WWHC tenant/members, has set the rent charges for all our properties for the next financial year. The Co-operative’s philosophy behind rent setting is to ensure the provision of the highest possible service levels at an affordable rent. We understand the difficult financial situation many of our tenant/members face and so the Committee is pleased to be able to hold rents at an inflation only rise this year.

Rent charges, effective from 16th March 2015 are as follows:
