West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative Limited

Proposed Rule Change

Published 31st July 2007.

The Co-operative’s Management Committee is recommending two significant changes to the rules under which West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative is governed.

The Management Committee believes these changes are important in order to protect the Co-operative’s long term future. Co-operative members are being asked to vote at a Special General Meeting to decide on the Co-operative’s future. These changes will be made if 75% of the members attending the Special General Meeting vote in their favour. The Special General Meeting is on Monday 20th August 2007 in Whitlawburn Community Resource Centre at 7pm.
