Concierge
Security and peace of mind for our tenants is very important. The Concierge Service provides this for all tenants. You are welcome to visit the workstation at any time; to meet the staff and have the service explained to you.
Concierge Officers provide a bright, friendly service:
- Dealing sensitively with community matters and providing security on the estate.
- Cleaning common areas and laundries.
- Out of hours point of contact for problems and complaints.
- Emergency service to vulnerable tenants through the housing alarms service.
- Concierge Officers are trained in first aid.
- Tenant Assist Scheme to help elderly and vulnerable tenants with a range of items.
- Emergency response.
Contacting the Concierge Station
From Your Handset
- Press the Little Man button under the red light on the handset.
- Your call goes into a queue. Concierge will answer as quickly as possible.
Personal Attack
This should only be used in an emergency. If you press it by mistake please let Concierge know.
- Press the personal attack button, under the Concierge button on the handset.
- This shows as an alarm and Concierge will answer you as quickly as possible.
