We are a fully mutual Housing Co-operative, which means all our tenants should be members and all our members should be tenants.
All members are entitled to seek election to our Management Committee of 15 people at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Prospective tenants can also be considered for membership of WWHC and if approved, can also seek to join the Management Committee. The Management Committee can also consider filling casual vacancies which may occur between AGMs and co-opting a certain number of non- members of WWHC to the Management Committee.
