Complaints Handling Procedure

The Scottish Public Service Ombudsman (SPSO) have published their ‘Guidance on a Model Complaints Handling Procedure’ which was developed for the areas of public service.

As we look to develop the Complaints Handling Procedures from the 12th October, we will use this as an aim towards improving the delivery of our public service.
